Well it seems that we might have found our “Loop” boat! We put in an offer last week and the owner countered and we accepted the offer on Monday!! Chad needs to see the boat in person before fully accepted so he is in Virginia now. Tomorrow morning he will meet with our broker, Lin, and check it out. I wasn’t able to go – I have a shower to go to tomorrow and Ainsley is being baptized on Sunday.
The boats current name is Promises Kept. She has had one owner but he died a few years ago and his daughter is not a boater. PK has been sitting in the marina not being used for 1 1/2 years…so not in great shape. This is so exciting and happening so much faster than we expected.
